STAY SAFE – OUR RULES CONCERNING CORONAVIRUS
To keep our clients safe, we follow the guidelines of the Austrian government concerning coronavirus as stated below.
General rules to be followed by everyone in daily life:
Keep a minimum distance of two meters to other people.
Wash your hands with soap or use disinfectant regularly.
Sneeze and cough into a tissue or into your elbows.
Don’t shake hands with people or hug people.
Don’t touch your face with your hands.
If you show symptoms of coronavirus, stay at home and call the official service line 1450.
Additional rules for our office spaces:
We provide disinfectant, which needs to be used by every person entering our office spaces.
An appropriate face mask covering mouth and nose needs to be worn when moving around the office spaces. If required, we provide a disposable mask for our clients.
Every person visiting our premises must keep the officially required distance of two meters to other people when moving around the office spaces.
The desks in our office spaces have more than two meters of distance or a dividing wall between them.
We open windows regularly, to keep the air fresh at the office.
We disinfect every table and chair after a client vacates it.
We register clients in a list, to be able to contact them, if a person infected with coronavirus was at the office spaces.
Clients showing symptoms connected to coronavirus cannot enter the office spaces.
